Chuck ensures that each transaction is conducted in a professional manner and keeps his eye on the ever changing real estate market.

Jayson Janowski, COO (Chief Operating Officer), utilizes his life-long exposure to the many facets of real estate to ensure that the many details of the real estate transaction are done as smoothly as possible and that nothing falls through the cracks. Jayson handles all the paperwork required to support the transaction along with financing, inspections, appraisals and coordination of contractors as needed.
