Chuck and Jayson have been working together for many years, primarily in the "Golden Triangle", that area from the City of Decatur, fanning out towards Northlake, that includes the City of Decatur / Fernbank / Laurel Ridge / Sagamore Hills / Oak Grove / Briarlake communities. Communities with strong schools, swim/tennis facilities, and neighborhoods, where neighbors help neighbors. Chuck and Jayson work closely together and often interchangeably, to leverage their expertise to help their clients. Their business is primarily referral based and so they also work in other areas to provide outstanding service to referrals from their past clients.
AtlantaBen is our Realtor "at large", serving the vibrant intown areas of Virginia Highlands, City of Decatur/Oakhurst, Candler Park, Inman Park, Reynoldstown, East Atlanta, Kirkwood, Old Fourth Ward, Midtown, Atlantic Station, and the West End. If you are looking for a loft or intown condo, then AtlantaBen is your man! He is always out and about at the local festivals...look for the AtlantaBen Tshirts. AtlantaBen (Ben McKenzie) was born and raised in the City of Decatur and is a graduate of Decatur High School (go bulldogs!). He’s a rare native Atlantan and has stayed close to his roots, serving as a Decatur High School Community Soccer Coach since 2008 and a Decatur Bulldog Booster. Ben is a graduate of Rhodes College and has been a real estate agent in the Atlanta area since 2005. His unique blend of real-estate know-how and charisma has helped him build life-long relationships with clients. Outside of work, Ben is heavily invested in the greater Atlanta soccer community, including the Atlanta District Amateur Soccer League and Atlanta Silverbacks leagues. An active triathlete and runner, Ben inspires kids to be as active as he is during the Oakhurst Cooperative Preschool Fun Run and other fun runs throughout the city.

Jayson Janowski utilizes his life-long exposure to the many facets of real estate to ensure that the details of the real estate transaction are done as smoothly as possible and that nothing falls through the cracks. The son of a real estate broker, Jayson began his real estate career as a child, and is one of the few Realtors that actually majored in real estate in college. He is an Atlanta native and a proud graduate of the University of GA. Jayson lives and breathes real estate and is known to be very loyal and supportive of his family and friends, and of course his clients. His two boys, Austin and Owen are just starting out at Oak Grove Elementary and love everything the Oak Grove community has to offer. Jayson is a sports junkie, and plays in various leagues across town. His wife, Priscilla, works at CNN and heads up the Oak Grove Elementary Foundation which links the local businesses to Oak Grove Elementary, in order to provide innovative and exceptional education in the public school setting, working together with the school and the local businesses to strengthen the community.
Chuck Smith leverages his business skills, engineering background, and many years of real estate experience to move successfully through any challenges that arise. Chuck ensures that each transaction is conducted in a professional manner and keeps his eye on the ever changing real estate market, navigating the group, and the individual transactions, through the sometimes turbulent waters of real estate. Chuck is a Georgia Tech grad and started his professional career as a consultant, designing and installing automated financial systems in the healthcare industry. After adopting two children (one from Peru, one from Kazakhstan), he turned to real estate so that he could work closer to home and spend more time with his kids. His children grew up in the neighborhood and attended Sagamore Hills Elementary. Chuck has been successfully helping his clients buy and sell real estate in the area since 1996. An avid animal lover, Chuck has two horses, 5 alpacas and 3 dogs.
KW Turtle Group Infrastructure
Amy McDaniel, is our Client Relations Manager. She works with all our buyers and sellers in the contract to close phase to ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible. She also works with our sellers to get their homes ready for the market and schedules the professional photographer for pictures and floorplans. She will provide updates along the way once the house hits the market. Amy is a licensed Realtor, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and a Certified Stager. She is thorough, conscientious, and sure to listen to your needs and keep you updated regularly. She cares, and prides herself on her ability to work as easily with first time home buyers/sellers as with experienced ones. A native of the Atlanta area, Amy knows Atlanta Real Estate and will pass that knowledge on to you.
Zhanna Smith is our Listing Coordinator. She coordinates the signs, lockboxes, marketing materials for our clients homes, and manages the listings in both of our local Multiple Listing Services. Zhanna identifies the details and features of the home to be used in the listing, through a visit to the home, just before we go live.
Keith Childers is our Marketing/Communications Coordinator. He manages the marketing efforts for our listings, along with our monthly newsletter, website, and other promotional activities throughout the year.
