All of Richport’s employees have been building homes for Richport for over ten years. Carly joined Richport in 2004 and now not only is the superintendent in two subdivisions but also provides each new home owner with two on site orientations prior to closing. Steve joined Richport in 2000 as an estimator and is now the general manager overseeing all production, administration and contract execution. Alex joined Richport in the 1990’s, walking a mile each way every day to get to work before he could drive. Several subcontractors have been with Richport since its inception with two having been childhood playmates in Tucker. Several other subcontractors have been building with Richport for so long that their children are now running their business. And Rick even buys lumber from the same company his grandfather bought from as they were the first company that would give him credit when he was starting out at 21 years old.
